Exchange Policy:

We offer a 7-day Exchange Policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a product with a size issue or any manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 7 days.

Exchange Conditions:

• The item must be unused and unworn.
• All original tags must be attached.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order receipt) is required.

How to Request an Exchange:

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending the parcel and mention the reason for exchange.
• After confirmation, send the product to our provided address.
• Share the courier receipt/proof with us via email or WhatsApp.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.
